Hamilton Software, Inc. makes no warranty, express or implied, with respect to any software product, data, or supporting services, and will in no event be liable for any loss or damage resulting from its use. READ OUR FULL LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY WHEN YOU INSTALL OUR SOFTWARE. Each product license includes free use of our telephone technical support service. We will address technical support requests on a reasonable effort basis only and may not be able to resolve all problems or requests. All software and shipping charges are nonrefundable, but we will make every effort to answer your questions and allow you to try our software before you buy.

All materials are the copyrighted property of Hamilton Software, Inc. and its suppliers and are protected by federal and international copyright law. You are not allowed to copy or redistribute any portion of any downloaded or purchased product or product activation keycode except as specified in the product License Agreement. Each license purchased is for a single product installation, however multi-license discounts are available (contact a sales representative at 800-733-9607).

PRIVACY POLICY

We strive to protect the privacy of our customers to the utmost of our ability. We do not share your personal information with anyone other than those parties necessary to process your order. To process your order, we require your name, billing address, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. We use this information solely to process your order, to contact you about your order if any questions should arise, to track your registration for the products you have purchased, and to notify you of any product corrections or updates. We will only share personal information with necessary service providers (such as banks, credit card verifiers, etc.) for the processing of your order. We utilize industry standard encryption when accepting your credit card information during our online checkout process and when transferring your credit card data to our fulfillment system.
