We guarantee replacement of any defective disk or printed materials for 30 days from date of delivery. Warranty is limited to replacement of media only; Hamilton Software, Inc. makes no warranty, express or implied, with respect to the software itself, and will in no event be liable for any loss or damage resulting from its use. READ OUR FULL LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY WHEN YOU INSTALL OUR SOFTWARE. Each product includes free use of our telephone technical support service. We will address technical support requests on a reasonable effort basis only and may not be able to resolve all problems or requests. Software and shipping charges are nonrefundable, but we will make every effort to answer your questions and allow you to try our software before you buy.

All materials are the copyrighted property of Hamilton Software, Inc. and its suppliers and are protected by federal and international copyright law. You are not allowed to copy or redistribute any portion of any downloaded or purchased product or product activation keycode except as specified in the product License Agreement. Each license purchased is for a single product installation, however multi-license discounts are available (contact a sales representative at 800-733-9607).

PRIVACY POLICY

We strive to protect the privacy of our customers to the utmost of our ability. We do not share your personal information with anyone other than those parties necessary to process your order.
